Warranty

Rock Front products are guaranteed for 2 years for sleeping bags and quilts, or 1 year for all other products.

We will repair or replace the product if you find a manufacturing defect.

The warranty does not cover cases of:

• natural physical wear and tear
• mechanical damage as a result of careless handling or misuse

For warranty cases, delivery to the customer is carried out at the expense of the company.

Returns

You have the right to return or exchange the goods within two weeks from the date of receipt if they do not fit in size, color, or characteristics.

In this case, the goods must be:

• not used
• fully equipped
• have all the tags and labels

We will refund the cost of the goods after we receive and check the parcel.

In case of return, the delivery is carried out at the expense of the customer.

Refunds

• Refunds are made to the same account from which the order was paid.
• Refunds are made after the goods are returned to the warehouse.
• It can take up to two weeks to process a refund.
