Lightweight shoes that protect your down socks from dirt, snow, and moisture. The updated version has an improved fixation system and better moisture protection.
The ROCK FRONT Camp 2 is an accessory that allows you to use down socks for short distances around the camp. They can be worn while your main footwear is drying to walk around the campsite.
The lower part is made of durable and wear-resistant Oxford 900D material, which protects against snow, dirt and moisture. The polyethylene foam insole protects against cold and punctures.
The double-tightening system guarantees a good fit. Thanks for increased internal space, the down insulation don’t compresses and retains heat well.

A great solution for trips, when weight is not just a word!). In combination with Down Socks we get a new level of comfort! I definitely recommend both individual slippers and in combination with Down Socks/Stockings!

Are the seams taped in this model?
Store manager ROCK FRONT –
No, just waterproof fabrics, but it is enough to protect against moisture or dew.

My foot is 25 cm. I will buy the down socks in S – should I also buy the bivvy shoes in S? Or do they need to be bigger than the socks????
Store manager ROCK FRONT –
Bivvy shoe sizes:
S (foot length up to 26 cm)
M (foot length 26.5-28 cm)
L (foot length 28.5-30 cm)
We have taken into account the volume reserve for down socks. So, size S will fit you well)

I would need the 30cm variant. Is there enough height in the overboots to put in a sole of 2cm evazote? If not: could you make it higher? Thx!
Store manager ROCK FRONT (verified owner) –
These shoes are designed for down socks, so you can walk around the camp without taking them off. Of course, they are made with extra space so that the down insulation does not compress too much, so using insoles with greater height will not be a problem.
